Summer Concert Series: Larry Campbell and Teresa Williams
June 12
Take in the unbeatable riverside views at this free concert at Allegheny Rivertrail Park in Aspinwall, featuring multi-instrumentalist rock duo Larry Campbell and Teresa Williams. The married couple has performed together since meeting in 1986 and captivates audiences through songs that celebrate joy, vulnerability and connection. Food and drink options available, including beer from Trace Brewing.
Cult-O-Rama’s 3rd Birthday Bash: Greatest Hits!
June 12
A mystery, fan-favorite, cult classic will be shown for guests at this celebration of Cult-O-Rama’s third anniversary, as the film series celebrates three years at Row House Cinema. Six movies are put on the Wheel of Fate and then one will be chosen. Put on your party hat and head to Lawrenceville for a night of as-yet-undetermined cult cinema.
Lawrenceville Pride
June 13
For the fourth year in a row, come out to 52nd Street in Lawrenceville for an all-day party with tons of food, drink, music and vendors. Plus, stick around for a special drag performance by Kelly Mantle of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Resources will be available from community groups including Allies for Health + Wellbeing, Persad Center, Pittsburgh Equality Center and many more. Special t-shirts will also be on sale, featuring the Lawrenceville Pride logo and a custom work from local poetess Rachel Ann Bovier.
91.3 WYEP Presents Deer Tick
June 13
Indie rock band Deer Tick will headline this Saturday night at Thunderbird, showcasing their ninth studio album, Coin-O-Matic; the album is an exploration of desperation, grief and resilience in working-class America. Supporting solo act Jobi Riccio will open the show with an indie-rock and folk-country influenced sound.
ASCEND 2026 Pride Celebration
June 13
Are festivals, heat and crowds not your thing — but you’re still looking for a way to celebrate Pride? Head to ASCEND Climbing Gym for a special event dedicated to queer community and hands-on activities. Climbing is optional, but staff will help attendees of all skill levels get on the wall if they’re up for the challenge. Other activities include drag performances, sauna and cold plunges, crate stacking, free food from Condado and a community potluck.
Bodiography Center for Movement Presents: Spring Concert
June 13 and 14
Two evenings of classical and contemporary dance from talented young dancers are set for this weekend at the Kelly Strayhorn Theater. Students from Bodiography are led by owner and founder Maria Angelica Caruso, a Pittsburgh native dancer best known for her critically acclaimed solo, Metamorphosis, which ran in London’s West End and off-Broadway. Watch the newest faces in dance shine in their spring showcase.
