It’s the answer to a daring question: “What if the soup was the sandwich?” In fact, the sandwiches are equally hearty alternatives. Standouts include the Boyfriend — mortadella, ricotta and pistachio pesto layered on fluffy housemade focaccia — and the Elk County Hoagie, comprised of Virginia ham, Cooper cheese and hot pepper spread.
